October 25, 2024, Monthly Experiential Group Supervision

$100.00

Using tools from drama therapy, Psychodrama, Gestalt, and the expressive arts, we will work together to explore cases, clinical questions and concepts, and person-of-the-therapist issues in an experiential way. By applying these tools to ourselves and our clinical experiences, we deepen our familiarity with experiential and creative ways of working, while also finding new sides of ourselves and learning about clinical work in new ways. No previous experiential training required.

Supervision Hours Policies/Fees:

Liability Statement:

Sarah Rodgers, LMFT, provides adjunct group supervision only and is not the primary supervisor for any group supervisees. Due to the nature of group supervision being sporadic and optional, Sarah Rodgers, LMFT does not track individual supervisee client progress over time, does not have access to any EHR or client notes, and is not liable or responsible for individual client case formulation or clinical skill application in individual clinical cases. While we do sometimes cover individual cases in group supervision, it is simply to get more perspectives on an existing question, explore person of the therapist issues related to the case, or use the case as an example for broader thematic learning. At no time is Sarah Rodgers, LMFT, serving as the primary supervisor of any clinical cases. This group is adjunctive support only.

By registering for this group supervision, you (supervisee) agree to these limitations of liability, past, present or future, of Sarah Rodgers, LMFT’s group supervision services. Moreover, you (supervisee) affirm you have an individual supervisor who serves as your registered supervisor with the state board and primary clinical support with individual client cases, with whom you meet regularly.

Fees:

In accordance with the policies set forth by the State of Tennessee as of August 21, 2023, all supervisors must obtain notarization of supervision forms when the supervisee has completed their supervision hours with them.

  • Sarah Rodgers, LMFT charges $25 to complete the notarized hours form within two weeks of request via an online notary and will return it via email as a pdf.

  • For a faster turnaround option, Sarah Rodgers, LMFT charges $55 in order to return it within 3 business days of request, via the same digital notary and email delivery described above.

Supervisor Reports:

The supervisor will provide a summary of the supervisee’s clinical contact hours and supervision hours to the state board for the purpose of certifying the completion of supervision under this contract, as part of the application for license. This involves providing the supervisee with a notarized hours form, letter of verification (if requested by the board), and Sarah Rodgers' AAMFT-Approved Supervisor Certificate. This documentation will be provided to each supervisee upon completion of their supervision hours, as indicated by the individual supervisee. The supervisee is responsible for documenting all clinical and supervisory hours independently of the supervisor’s documentation.
